At Guard Puller LLC, we take pride in delivering quality gear to our community of athletes, veterans, and supporters. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and accurately.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment receipt.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Guard Puller may occasionally offer flat-rate shipping promotions or free shipping offers during special events or promotions.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Guard Puller LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
